Note: 'Raymond Hains multiplies swathes in order to develop a philosophy of the rebound in his 'macintoshages', through a cascade of information, a game of slippages whose rules are secret and subservient to the order of his own virtual wanderings. Here, however, a kaleidoscopic system of echoes of reality is created, where the accompanying images translate or are translated by the texts that either border or cover them.'
