Signed two-page autograph letter de deux pages in green blue and red pencil, Vauvenargues, on 4.5.59, destined to 'My dear Max' in which, other than checks meant for his contributions, the artist mentions his personal secretary Sabartes and indicates he will not be going to the Marseilles vernissage [at the Cantini Museum, May 11 to July 31 1959].
